Senior Account Executive Janet Stafford is an eternal optimist. “The glass is always half full,” she laughs. Janet brings her specific skill set to Caledon Virtual. Her past lives include non-profit organizations, program/project management, and initiative development and strategy. Janet’s expertise lies in her ability to understand what the client needs and wants and to translate that into motivation to create the final product for the client.
Caledon Virtual takes pride in putting the right people in the right places, and realizes what a gem they have in Janet. “I am driven by the ability to help our clients achieve their goals through comprehensive strategies that are effective in their respective target markets,” and as a senior account executive, Janet understands the juxtaposition of urgency for completion and taking the time to get it done right.
Janet brings the rare ability to bridge the gap by driving both big picture strategy and detailed efficiency. “The balance of both the big picture and the details is my strength,” Janet explains and it is Caledon Virtual and their clients who reap the benefits of experience that comes from a woman whose greatest achievement is earning her associates degree in business with high honors while being a young mother.
In her free time, Janet enjoys experiencing culture through meeting new people and trying new foods. Family is what keeps her going and motivates her to give her best to all she does.
